Marsden Therapy is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information we collect and hold about individuals. 

Marsden Therapy complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs} under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), other privacy laws that govern how private sector health service providers like Marsden Therapy handle your personal information (including your health information), and Speech Pathology Australia’s AND Occupational Therapy Australia Code of Ethics.

• Private/ confidential information will only be used with the consent of the representative, and solely for the purposes of delivering requested therapy services.

• Private/ confidential information will be gathered and stored electronically in our encrypted medical software in accordance with our privacy/ confidentiality policy.
